This package will be led by the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (UNCST) and TASO, and all other partners will contribute to the achievement of this package. The activities will include: development of the monitoring and evaluation tools, development of an on-line platform for monitoring the performance of CABs. UNCST and TASO will monitor the activities of the CABs to ensure that they are on track.
