This is an overarching work package that will be led by the principal applicant at The AIDS Support Organisation with support from UNCST, and SBSHDREC. It will continue throughout the project cycle. The aim of this package is to ensure that appropriate and effective leadership of the project is in place to facilitate attainment of the desired project milestones and deliverables within the stipulated time period. Contract negotiation and signing of agreements will be one of the key activities of the package. The management structure of the project will include formation of Steering Committee, Management Committee, and Operations Committee.
